Super clean, very courteous staff. Food is way above average. The bread are all delicious.
Great spot for pastries and a latte...
Service is fast and courteous . Brunch is delicious and French like pastries are exc dr let .lot of healthy choice for vegetarians. We like freshness of the dishes. There is a counter for fast pick up pastries, healthy bread or sandwiches etc. Will comeback for sure.
Great service and good food
Buckwheat bread with Flax seeds... Delicious!!!
It was my first time trying this restaurant and I loved it from the decor to the layout. The restaurant which is minimalistic yet very European and the staff dressed very professionally in black and white striped shirts reminiscent of Paris. The service was quick and extremely friendly. The menu was easy to understand and very European or I should say Parisian with its mix of tastes and flavors. The club Poulet was a large portion Triple Decker sandwich with just the right amount of aioli sauce not to drown it but to add flavor. I will definitely recommend the restaurant and I will be returning perhaps to another of their locations within New York.
Stroller / family friendly. Nice fresh options. Fast service.
Great bread, worst Serrano ever, specially because it's sold as ibérico which is not.
The absolute BEST breads ever. The absolute WORST coffee ever.I won’t return there because I want coffee with y bread!!!
The food is good, but it’s overpriced. I got a “galette des rois” there for the three kings day and they picked it from a shipping box sealed with a plastic wrap. Very disappointing to not get a fresh tart for the price. There are better French bakery options in NYC.
The bakery that ran out of bread. Seriously, they ran out of the sour dough for the Tartines (like the Croque-Madame, or the Bacon and Egg), and suggested I get it on the baguette instead. It was a terrible choice. The bread ratio was way off, everything kept falling off, and trying to cut a baguette with a butter knife repeatedly actually left me with sore fingers. Add to that that our server apparently just left to go do tasks in the back without getting anyone to cover him, and we didn't get any attention. We'll pass on this place in the future.
Trust this French immigrant: Maison Kayser is my remedy for homesickness. Whether it's about baguette, croissants, or pastries, this place is second to none in downtown Brooklyn. The music selection is a playlist of chanson française (classics of French pop/folk).
Good and cozy
Nice french bakery for brunch. Its a bit too expensive for my taste but the brioche and tea was nice. I went with 2 friends for a project.
I have the opportunity to visit this in Colombia and have other experience. Here the prices are high, the flavor of the desserts are not the most delicious. In my case the dessert I ate was with not flavor at all and was not as fresh as I expected. The place is quiet but for a restaurant lacks of much experience for the people.
Took them forever to heat up a few crossiants
Good location, moderately priced and good service are just a few of the reasons I like this place. I like the cheese bread and my child likes ambience and the notice on the door.
Food was very tasty. Portions were small and overpriced.
If you want to reminisce about Paris, it's the place to go. Best pastries and quick to bite menus.
The food here is fantastic. I had the ham and cheese croissant from the to go area and I was not disappointed. It seems like everything they make and serve at this joint is top notch.Only word of warning is that they can get busy. If you want table service you need to head into the back area and actually see an attendant.
The best brunch I've had in a while!
Worst experience ever. The attendant was extremely rude as soon as we got into the restaurant. We came to have breakfast and he mumbled that nothing was ready yet and he had to figure out what he would do without even looking at us. We said we could wait at the tables and he got really mad, shaking his head like we were bothering him. We left the restaurant and he didn’t care at all. We were never treated this way in any other franchise.
Good place for breakfast and delicious bread and pastries. Comfort food and delicious
Yaassss good stuff to snack on and a whole restaurant as well
Expensive but worth it. My favorite spot to rest after visiting 65 Court Street.
Good French - based menu, especially bakery.
Gave 2 stars for the sit down restaurant. What a waste of money. It cost $10 for scrambled eggs and toast, $16 to add a drop of asparagus and cheese. Maybe take something from the front but do not waste your money in the back!
Employees at this location are extremely customer-service oriented and very polite.Pastries are fresh and the store is well kept. There is space to eat there if you choose.Definitely better than Starbucks by leaps and bounds and in general has quality items and great service.
French themed breakfast and lunch restaurant. My coffee got served with a little mini-cake on the spoon. Very cute and yummy. Scrambled eggs with gruyere cheese and smoked ham on croissant was fantastic. The croissant was so fresh and crispy. Next time, I might try some of the many sweet treats they offer.
Overpriced pastries named in French to give the mystique of more special then they actually are. Also they are mediocre baristas for their overpriced coffee
Missing Paris? Here you have a nice taste of it
It isn’t cheap but it is delicious. When I miss Paris, I think of here. The eclairs, baguettes, and everything are good. Nothing is too sweet and the cashiers are lovely.
This restaurant is unquestionably one of the finest place in the neighborhood. Anytime I come there I am greatly satisfied. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of food they offer. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
A cozy place for some french comfort food. You can just have coffee or dessert.
Went in for a late afternoon brunch today. I enjoyed my coffee and French toast. It was quiet and we got to leisurely relax over a two hour brunch and dessert. The flourless chocolate cake was delicious. I would return.
Amazing French pastries and coffee shop.
Walked pass this location right before yoga each day and had to give it a try. I always go for a plain croissant to see if it is a true French boulanger. The croissant had a nice golden sheen, but as you can see on the 3rd pic below, it was hollow! Definitely not worth the $3 as this was probably the same weight of dough as a mini croissant. The few lackluster bites I had, it was nice and buttery.
They serve large portions and for convenient pricing. helpful staff members. Fantastic work.
I had the smoked salmon tartine and it was amazing. My cappuccino was also delicious.
Amazing bread choices, quick service!
Tasty food and nice inside
Best place ever...frist time I eat real bread. ..and coffee very good...just love it...very nice stuff friendly..😘😘😘😘thank you
Very good. Food was good. Had baguette with spiced sausage and gerkins. Plus mediocre fruit salad. For desert one of the superb pastries and espresso.
My new weekness
Excellent selection of both sweet and savory items. I tried a few of their petite sandwiches and they were excellent, as well as some of their cookies. Haven't tried any of their full-sized bread loaves, but they sure looked good. Recommended.
Quick place for bland French brunch.
Very nice breakfast. pleasant and friendly staff! Cheery and open atmosphere. Excellent coffee.
Feeling like in Europe and that is the point. Very good pastry!!!
Best bakery in town (but also pretty expensive).
They have an awesome shrimp avocado salad and the French onion soup is so delicious.
